Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the generated return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or arrange for a courier pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
